The OQ row deserves emphasis. Operational qualification scripts constantly reference what the operator sees on screen. If the machine's HMI has been localized into English by the OEM, the protocol translation must quote those exact display strings, not a fresh translation of the German original. The FDA's Process Validation Guidance and Its Three Stages

Acceptance Criteria Leave No Room for Interpretation
An acceptance criterion is a sentence that decides pass or fail. Translating one is less about fluency than about logic preservation. "Not less than 95%" and "greater than 95%" differ by exactly the boundary case, and languages draw these boundaries with different idioms. German "mindestens" includes the value; a lazy rendering as "more than" excludes it. The difference surfaces precisely when a result lands on the line, which is when everyone is watching.

Numbers themselves are never converted. One mistranslated criterion can void an execution. A protocol executed against a criterion that differs from the approved source is a deviation at best and a repeat qualification at worst.
