Who these clients are
Most technical translation reviews online are written by marketing departments. The feedback below is different: it comes from EHS managers preparing for audits, documentation managers shipping manuals with machines, project engineers coordinating multilingual sites, and export directors opening new markets. They judge us on whether the terminology survives contact with their own engineers, whether deadlines hold, and whether the files come back ready to use. Why you will not see names here
Nearly all of our client relationships operate under NDA, and we take those agreements literally. Publishing a name or a logo to decorate this page would contradict the confidentiality we promise on every project, so attributions stop at role, industry, and state. For prospects evaluating us seriously, we arrange direct reference calls with clients who have agreed to take them; ask when you request a quote. What this feedback has in common
Read the ten quotes again and a pattern shows up. Nobody praises elegant prose. They talk about terminology their engineers accepted, deadlines that held, files that needed no rework, and questions asked at the right moment. Those outcomes are produced upstream, by the revision and QA stages every project passes through and by assigning translators who know the sector before they know the client. Questions about our client feedback
Can I contact one of your references directly?
Yes, for serious evaluations. Several clients have agreed to take reference calls from prospects, and we arrange an introduction once we understand your project. We do not hand out a standing list, because we ask for our clients' time sparingly and match references to your industry when possible.
Why are there no client names or company names on this page?
Because nearly every engagement we sign includes a confidentiality agreement, and we honor it in our marketing as well as in our production work. Attributions are limited to role, industry, and state. The trade-off is deliberate: fewer logos on our site, stronger confidentiality for every client we serve.
Do you work with small companies, or only large manufacturers?
Both. Some of the feedback above comes from businesses with fewer than 50 employees. A modest minimum charge applies to very small jobs, but a 2-page datasheet gets the same translator, independent revision, and QA checks as a 900-page manual. Small first projects often grow into long relationships.
How can I evaluate your quality before placing a full order?
Start small on purpose. Send a short, representative document, or ask us to translate a sample section of a larger manual, and have your in-country engineers review it. A paid pilot of a few hundred words tells you more than any testimonial page, including this one.
