In incident reports and inspection narratives this is not a stylistic nicety. An operator's statement rendered with the wrong evidential form can read as an eyewitness claim the operator never made. That last row is a genuine Bulgarian trait. Unlike Russian practice, which abbreviates units in Cyrillic (кВт), Bulgarian technical writing generally keeps the international Latin SI symbols inside Cyrillic sentences.
